Relish in Sonoma County’s bountiful fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and other regional delicacies during the height of summer garden season in wine country. Hosted on the Winery Chateau terrace in August, this al fresco wine dinner begins with Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a multicourse dinner served at your own private table, featuring deliciously fresh ingredients sourced either from our garden, local farms and a few surprises from outside the area. Each course will be prepared with a combination of traditional French and modernist cooking techniques and paired with a specific vintage of Jordan, beginning with Chardonnay before moving into vintages of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. Arrival times will be staggered to ensure social distancing.
Due to the theme of the dinner, we unfortunately cannot accommodate vegan or pescatarian diets. Any requests to change the set menu will result in an all-vegetarian, gluten-free menu.
