Celebrate the first weekend of spring with an elegant French-inspired brunch at the Jordan Winery Chateau. Begin your morning with a seasonal spritz featuring the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble, followed by a four-course brunch in Jordan’s newly renovated grand dining room. Each dish will capture the essence of spring with delicate flavors, locally sourced ingredients and French-inspired cuisine. Highlights from the menu include:
- Soft Scrambled Egg with Chef’s Reserve Caviar – paired with the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble
- Smoked Salmon & Pommes Darphin – mixed lettuces, beurre blanc, trout roe, paired with the 2022 Jordan Chardonnay
- Beef Tenderloin en Croûte – spinach, slow cooked egg, truffle Mornay sauce, paired with the 2020 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
- Charlotte Russe Cake – caramelized brioche, crème diplomat with coffee service
Guests will be seated at communal tables in the Jordan Dining Room.
Due to the theme of the brunch, we unfortunately cannot accommodate vegan diets. Any requests to change the set menu will result in an all-vegetarian, gluten-free menu. Please make these special arrangements at least seven days in advance of the event. Unfortunately, same-day requests cannot be granted.
