Cancelled Orders
Any orders that you wish to cancel must be canceled before the shipment leaves our facility.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

By placing your order, you agree to the best of your knowledge that you are aware of the product and/or service you are purchasing, and that it is not being done in/with error, or without your consent.
Wine
DAMAGED OR FLAWED WINES
Jordan Vineyard & Winery fully guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed that was purchased directly from our winery (by phone or in person) or jordanwinery.com. If you feel you have opened an unsatisfactory bottle, please save the contents, and call us at (707) 431-5250 or email us at orders@jordanwinery.com.
If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a replacement order for the damaged or flawed items. A refund for your order will not be issued.
We cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the products are corked or flawed. We are unable to replace wine or issue a refund that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment.
Weather damage may include leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. Please be sure to check the shipping destination weather conditions before placing your order and select a later ship date if necessary.
Wines purchased through retailers must be returned to them.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Federal law requires a signature be obtained from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments. Notes with a signature left for the delivery companies cannot be accepted as a replacement for an individual signing for the shipment. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification.
We recommend that orders be shipped to a business address for prompt delivery. We cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if delivery is not made on the first delivery attempt. Orders that are not delivered on the initial attempt may be held in a facility that is not temperature controlled.
Upon the third missed delivery attempt, orders will be held for up to five (5) business days and if not picked up, your shipment will be returned to our warehouse. To claim wine at a FedEx® location, identification with the name of the recipient and tracking number must be shown. Federal law prohibits change of delivery address during transit and the order must be returned to the sender for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Information

If you wish to schedule an order with a future ship date, please email or call us at (707) 431-5250. For shipping processing time, please see our Mailing and Shipping information section below. We will make our best effort to meet your requested ship date. We do not ship on major holidays, weekends, or while the winery is closed. Your order will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
Pickup at Winery
Orders can be placed via the website or phone and then picked up at the winery. Your order is ready for pickup during our regular business hours and once you have received your order confirmation. Upon arrival to the winery, you will be asked to sign a release that acknowledges you have taken the wine into your possession.
Shipping Rules
Being compliant with state laws, we are currently unable to ship wine to the following states: AK, AL, AR, DE, IN, KY, LA, MS, NJ, RI, UT and WY.
Orders to Hawaii and Wisconsin require date of birth for both purchaser and recipient. You may fill this information out in your online account and/or when you place an order. We may contact you for this upon receipt of your order.
Orders to Arizona, Georgia, Kansas and Michigan require date of birth for the purchaser. You will be prompted to fill this information out when you place your order.
PO Boxes or APO/FPO: We are unable to ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Mailing and Shipping Information
We ship wine and olive oil Monday–Wednesday only. This helps our wine avoid weekends in locations without temperature-controlled facilities.
- Order by 1 p.m. PST Monday and Tuesday, and your order will ship the next day.
- Orders placed after the 1 p.m. PST cutoff Wednesday–Sunday will be shipped the following week when you select second-day or ground (to select states).
- Overnight delivery takes one-day for processing and applies to the same restrictions as noted above.
Ground shipping is only applicable to Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Ground shipments will typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
Return Policy
Jordan Vineyard & Winery fully guarantees any wine purchased directly from our winery or jordanwinery.com. If you feel you have opened an unsatisfactory bottle, please save the contents, and contact us. We will be happy to replace or exchange it at no additional cost to you.

OLIVE OIL
DAMAGED OR FLAWED OLIVE OIL
We will replace any bottle of olive oil that is damaged or flawed that was purchased from us directly. We are unable to accept a return of olive oil that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or that was ordered in error. Olive oil that is shipped separately from wine does not require an adult signature for delivery and can ship to all 50 states. Because olive oil is susceptible to damage from extreme temperatures, we recommend shipping to a business address when possible. If not possible, please arrange for the package to brought inside promptly after delivery.
CAVIAR
SHIPPING
FedEx Priority Overnight is included in your order due to the perishable nature of this delicate product. Signature is not required unless the FedEx driver does not feel safe leaving the package. Deliveries are Tuesday through Saturday; delivery is not available on Sunday or Monday. Please include your preferred delivery date in the Comment section.
All orders are fulfilled by Tsar Nicoulai.
The eco-friendly packaging is designed in the USA and built for maintaining cold temperatures. Shipped and delivered in 24 hours, this packing is designed to withstand two days of transit time for insurance. Please alert us upon delivery if the packaging is damaged or ice packs are cool to the touch.
If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a replacement order for the damaged or flawed items. A refund for your order will not be issued.
STORAGE
When refrigerated properly (between 32° and 38°F), vacuum-sealed caviar will maintain its freshness until the expiration date indicated on the package. To preserve best flavor and texture, place in a bowl of ice in the coolest part of your refrigerator (usually the back) and refresh ice once a day. Once opened, caviar should be consumed within one day. The shelf life of a 1-ounce jar of caviar is 60 days.
MERCHANDISE/WINE ACCESSORIES
Merchandise will ship via the method selected. Please call (707) 431-5250 to inquire about other shipping methods for orders containing only merchandise.
We guarantee all merchandise purchased directly from the winery (online, by phone or in person). Please alert us to any damaged items upon receiving your order and we will send you a replacement. Items that may be damaged due to natural wear and tear cannot be replaced and a credit cannot be issued.
Discontinued or seasonal products may not be available for an exchange or replacement and a refund will be issued.
Exchanges for clothing items are available at the shipping expense of the guest.
EVENT TICKETS
Event Tickets purchased on jordanwinery.com, by phone or in person are subject to sales tax.
After completing your order, you will receive a transactional receipt for your purchase.
All purchases made for event tickets outline the cancellation policy and Terms & Conditions specific to each event.
Refunds are only applicable per the cancellation policy outlined on the event page.
By placing your order, you agree that you are aware that you are purchasing event tickets, and that it is not being done in/with error or without your consent.

By purchasing or using our gift cards, you agree to abide by these terms.
- Void Where Prohibited: Gift cards issued by Jordan Vineyard & Winery are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Not Valid Until Payment Processed: Gift cards issued by Jordan Vineyard & Winery are not valid until the payment used to acquire the gift card has been received and successfully processed by Jordan Vineyard & Winery. We reserve the right to immediately invalidate gift cards, without notice, should we receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift card.
- Redemption: Gift cards issued by Jordan Vineyard & Winery are redeemable for eligible goods and services (e.g., wine and related products, merchandise, tours and tastings, wine memberships, etc.) sold at our physical location in California or at our online store. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase more gift cards – however, gift cards can be replaced with new gift cards at no cost to the holder. Any unused balance of the gift card will remain unused until redeemed. If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift card, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.
- No Expiration Date: Our gift cards do not have an expiration date, providing flexibility for recipients to use them at their convenience.
- Non-Refundable and No Cash Value: Unless the balance on the gift card is less than $10.00, or as otherwise required by law, gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for any other form of payment or consideration.
- Delivery: Jordan Vineyard & Winery is not responsible for emailed gift cards that do not reach their intended recipient for reasons beyond our control. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified. We are not responsible for late delivery of gift cards.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: Jordan Vineyard & Winery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat them like cash and safeguard them accordingly. The risk of loss and title for gift cards passes to the purchaser upon electronic transmission of the gift card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. You are responsible for safeguarding your gift card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen or destroyed, or if your gift card is used without your permission. We are not responsible for, and assume no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any gift card. Reasonable and prudent steps are taken to verify the legitimacy of a redeemer and upon full redemption the gift card will be identified as not valid for payment of any further redemption.
- Balance Inquiry: To check the balance of your gift card, please visit our winery or contact our customer service team at orders@jordanwinery.com.
- No Reloads: At this time, we do not offer the option to reload gift cards with additional funds. Once the balance is depleted, the card cannot be reloaded.
- Usage Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases of Jordan Vineyards and Winery products and services at any third-party website or any third-party physical location.
- Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
- Promotional Offers: From time to time, Jordan Vineyard & Winery may offer promotional gift cards. These may have additional terms and conditions that apply, which will be clearly stated at the time of issuance.
- Compliance with Laws: The purchase, use, and redemption of Jordan Vineyard & Winery’s gift cards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing the sale of alcohol. For security or regulatory purposes, including to comply with any age requirements for purchases, a recipient may be required to show valid ID before they can redeem the gift card.
- Subject to all other Terms and Conditions: The use of Jordan Vineyard & Winery gift cards are subject to all of other Terms and Conditions of Jordan Vineyard & Winery, including but not limited to its Privacy Statement.
- Modification of Terms: Jordan Vineyard & Winery reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, in its sole discretion.
- Severance: If any provision of these Gift Card Conditions of Use Policy should, for any reason, be held invalid, prohibited by law or unenforceable in any respect, such term will not apply. However, the remainder of these Gift Card Conditions of Use Policy shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.
- No Warranty: JORDAN VINEYARDS & WINERY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD NUMBER OR BAR CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
- Governing Law: This Gift Card Conditions of Use Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without reference to its principles of conflicts of law. Venue and jurisdiction will be the County of Sonoma.
