Our executive chef will take you on a sensory journey with delectable cuisine, showcasing the freshest ingredients from Jordan’s garden and local farms in Sonoma County through classic French and modernist cooking techniques.
Your evening will begin with a welcome toast of Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble and your meal will be paired with a selection of Jordan Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon vintages carefully chosen by our sommelier and chef.
