This July, join us at Jordan Winery Chateau for a celebration of Bastille Day with a refined French-inspired brunch. Toast to French heritage with a seasonal spritz featuring the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble, then indulge in a four-course brunch in the newly renovated grand dining room. Each dish, crafted by Executive Chef Jesse Mallgren and his team, will showcase the vibrant flavors of summer in wine country, with locally sourced ingredients and the elegance of French cuisine. - Soft Scrambled Egg with Chef’s Reserve Caviar – paired with the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenobl
- Smoked Salmon & Pommes Darphin – mixed lettuces, beurre blanc, trout roe, paired with the 2023 Jordan Chardonnay
- Beef Tenderloin en Croûte – spinach, slow cooked egg, truffle Mornay sauce, paired with the 2021 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
- Charlotte Russe Cake – caramelized brioche, crème diplomat with coffee service
Guests will be seated at communal tables in the Jordan Dining Room.
Due to the theme of the brunch, we unfortunately cannot accommodate vegan diets. Any requests to change the set menu will result in an all-vegetarian, gluten-free menu. Please make these special arrangements at least seven days in advance of the event. Unfortunately, same-day requests cannot be granted.
