Upon arrival to the Jordan Chateau, guests will be chauffeured by a Mercedes Sprinter to our magnificent Vista Point pavilion, where guests can revel in breathtaking panoramic views of vineyards, mountains, and hilltops. Couples will be seated at private tables for a luxurious caviar tasting experience, featuring the Jordan Chef’s Reserve Caviar. This hand-crafted, small-batch American caviar by Tsar Nicoulai promises a decadent journey for the palate. You’ll also enjoy Executive Chef Jesse Mallgren’s buckwheat blini and caviar accoutrements, Jordan current release Russian River Valley Chardonnay and the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble—a non-vintage brut that has undergone four years of lees aging, resulting in a Champagne of unparalleled richness and flavor.
This first-ever Caviar Tasting at Vista Point is available on Tuesday, February 13, Wednesday, February 14, Thursday, February 15 and Friday, February 16 in celebration of Valentine’s Day.
Our chef can accommodate gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian diets. Please make arrangements at least seven days in advance. Any request to change the set menu on the day of the event will result in an all-vegetarian, gluten-free menu.
