Celebrate the harvest season in grand style with a delicious, farm-fresh day sure to delight all your senses, especially your taste buds. The experience begins with a reception and continental breakfast, featuring the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble, homemade pastries with Jordan Estate honey, garden vegetable frittata, as well as freshly squeezed juice. You’ll search the Jordan Garden’s rows of herbs, vegetables and fruit trees, harvesting your bounty for the day’s luncheon before walking uphill to Jordan’s newly renovated terrace for an hors d’oeuvre from the kitchen, perfectly paired with 2020 Jordan Chardonnay in Magnum.
An interactive, hands-on pizza cooking class follows, where you will prepare lunch with Jordan’s Executive Chef Jesse Mallgren who will guide each guest on how to make the perfect Wine Country pizza with freshly picked herbs, truffles, Jordan Chef’s Reserve Caviar, Journeyman Salumi, foraged mushrooms and more. While cooking with Michelin-rated Chef Mallgren, you’ll enjoy sipping Jordan wines before a seated, three-course luncheon paired with 2022 Jordan Chardonnay, 2020 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon and 2023 Jordan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The afternoon will conclude with a garden-inspired dessert and refreshing tisane. View menu here.
Wine country casual attire is recommended, from dress shorts and golf shirts to skirts and tops with comfortable walking shoes. Sunscreen, hats and sunglasses are also encouraged, but flip-flops are not. The luncheon and cooking demonstration will be outdoors and temperatures fluctuate.
Due to the very specific nature of the meal, we unfortunately cannot accommodate vegan or gluten-free diets. Pescatarian or other food allergy requests must be made seven days in advance of the event. Unfortunately, same day requests cannot be granted.
Pizza Cooking Class & Luncheon also available on October 5 and October 19.
