What is Jordan Estate Rewards?
Created in 2008, Jordan Estate Rewards is the ultimate winery loyalty program. How does Jordan Estate Rewards work?
When you join our mailing list, you’re automatically enrolled in Jordan Estate Rewards. Unlike a wine club, there are no annual membership fees or automatic shipments, and you’ll receive 3,000 bonus points for signing up. For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn three points per dollar for all purchases made—either in person at the winery, by phone or online. You can also receive points for attending our regional events and visiting the winery. Membership starts at the Bronze level. Bronze members qualify for bonus points offers and seasonal shipping discounts. Once your purchases total $500, and you become a Silver level member you qualify to redeem rewards. The higher the membership level, the lower the points and redemption fee needed to redeem a reward.
-
Is there a membership fee?
No. Jordan Estate Rewards does not have an annual membership fee. Members only pay a redemption fee when redeeming a reward. The higher the membership level, the lower the redemption fee.
-
How are member levels determined?
Membership levels are determined based on lifetime loyalty. Bronze members have a spending history of less than $500. Members achieve Silver status at $500 in spending, Gold status at $2,500 and Platinum status at $5,000.
-

Additionally, members earn three points per dollar for all purchases made—either in person at the winery, by phone or online.
-
How do I redeem points for rewards?
Once you become a Silver level member, you may request your reward from the webpage of your preferred experience. You may also call us at (707) 431-5250 or email us to request your visit. All private rewards, such as private tables, meals and overnight stays, will be scheduled based on availability. Special culinary event rewards, such as dinner parties and alfresco lunches, are offered on specific dates.
-
How do I pay for my rewards?
Once you’ve submitted your reward request for a private experience, you will be contacted to confirm availability. After your reward is confirmed, you will be emailed a private link to our website store to pay your redemption fee. Culinary event rewards can be automatically redeemed online as soon as tickets go on sale. All reservations are confirmed only after your fees have been paid and points redeemed.
-
Can I purchase wine or other merchandise with my points?
No. Your points are intended to provide you with experiences on the Jordan Estate, many of which may only be attained through our loyalty program.
-
How far in advance do I need to plan to redeem a reward?
Rewards are based on availability, so it is recommended that you request a reward as far in advance as possible. Rewards events with set dates, such as dinner parties, typically sell out, but cancellations may occur.
-
Are there blackout dates for reward redemptions?
Yes. Blackout dates are removed from the calendar on each page when requesting an experience. All private experience rewards, such as meals and overnight stays, will be scheduled based on availability. Special culinary event rewards, such as dinner parties and harvest lunches, are offered on specific dates.
-
What is the cancellation policy for rewards?
Private reward experiences must be canceled within 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund of points and redemption fee. Culinary event rewards require cancellation seven days in advance for refunds.
-
Can I give a reward as a gift?
Yes, you are allowed to gift a specific reward experience, like a Chef’s Tasting. Unfortunately, reward points are not transferable.
-
Can I combine my points with other members?
Yes. Please include your friend’s name and email address under the comments section on your reward request, and we will contact you both to make arrangements. Both members must be in the qualifying member level to redeem the requested reward.
-
Can I redeem two rewards for the same date?
Yes, though you will need to make two separate reward redemption requests. You can also simply email us with the details.
-
Can I simply pay for a reward I am interested in?
It depends on the reward. Select culinary events, such as Spring and Summer Dinners, are offered as rewards, but all Jordan Estate Rewards members can purchase tickets at full price. All private rewards, including tastings, meals and overnight stays, are only available to redeem by those who qualify based on membership level.
-
Can I bring my children and pets?
We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 21 or pets at the winery.
Manage Your Account
-
How do I know what my login is?
For flexibility, we allow multiple emails per account: primary and secondary. Your member login is always your primary email. In order to login, redeem a reward or see your loyalty point balance, you must sign in using the primary email address and password.
Your account login is the email you used either when signing up for Jordan Estate Rewards or placing your first order in our online store. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset your password. If you are unsure which email address is the primary associated with your account, please email us.
-
How can I access my account?
Members can view account information anytime from our member login, located in the upper-right corner of any jordanwinery.com page. You will be redirected to your account dashboard, where you can view your entire member profile, including current membership level, point balance, shipping address and payment methods.

-
How do I change my login credentials?
If you wish to change your primary email address on file, please email us to ensure you don’t lose your member level status or existing points. If you are not the primary account holder, for security reasons, we must email all parties on the account prior to making any changes.
-
Do my points ever expire?
As long as your account is active, your points never expire. If you do not engage with us or make a purchase for three years, your account becomes inactive, and you forfeit your points and membership level. To learn about non-active accounts, please visit “Will my member status ever change?”
-
Will my member status ever change?
Membership levels are based on lifetime spending at Jordan Winery. As your spending history increases, members move from Bronze to Silver to Gold to Platinum status.
If your account is inactive for three years, your points and membership level will expire, and you will need to re-enroll to Jordan Estate Rewards. Inactive accounts meet one of two criteria:
- You have an invalid email with us and haven’t made a purchase for three years.
- Your account is valid, but you have not opened one of our emails or made a purchase in three years.
-
Do members receive an account summary?
No. You can view your account status and spending history anytime under the member login section of our website. Your points balance is updated immediately after every purchase or redemption.
-
How do I keep track of my reward points?
You can view your Jordan Estate Rewards points balance anytime by visiting the member login on our website, which is located in the upper-right corner of every page.
-
When will my points display in my account?
Points are automatically added or deducted from your account, depending on your activity. If you are trying to request a reward and your most recent points are not yet showing in your account, please mention this in the comments section of your reward request form.
-
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account with the Jordan Estate Rewards program, please either complete our intake form or email privacy@jordanwinery.com.
