Experience the warm hospitality and elegant ambiance of a seated wine and charcuterie tasting at Jordan Winery. You’ll taste a delicious trio of small-batch salumis from our neighbors at Journeyman Meat Co., including special recipes created in collaboration with our chef, made with ingredients known for their affinity for cabernet sauvignon or chardonnay. A selection of our chef’s favorite cheeses to complement both young and aged cabernets will also be on the menu.
Hosted at your private table, this wine and charcuterie tasting features multiple vintages of Jordan wines, including our current release and library vintages of Russian River Valley Chardonnay and Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Jordan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The location of this tasting experience is determined by weather or your advance request, either in our stylish formal dining room or outdoors on the terrace.
Our chef can accommodate gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian diets. Please make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, same-day requests cannot be honored.
